We are thrilled to welcome Janice Copple to the HomeGate Realty team as a broker/salesperson! A Native Nevadan born and raised in Hawthorne, Janice brings over four decades of real estate experience to our team.
Since launching her real estate career in 1979, Janice has worn many hats, from owning and operating her own office to managing real estate offices for Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams. She has also served as a former Real Estate Commissioner and is a certified instructor with the Nevada Real Estate Division, making her a true leader in the industry.
While she loves helping clients with their real estate needs, Janice’s passion lies in teaching. She has written and taught over 86 continuing education classes for real estate agents and continues to share her expertise with the community through new courses. Her wealth of knowledge and dedication to the growth of other professionals makes her a perfect fit for HomeGate Realty.
When she’s not working, Janice enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. We are excited to have her join our team and look forward to seeing the incredible impact she will have on our clients and fellow agents!
